When we look at our society there are huge differences in how we handle glitches and someone making a mistake. When making a mistake ourselves and, when seeing someone else stumble and fall. How you cope with a mistake has a lot to do with how you feel at such a moment and, how you handle these feelings. These feelings are often related to how you felt as a child in similar situations. What if we, as caregivers and mentors, change our behavior towards children. What if we make room for and allow them to feel emotions. What would happen then, if these children become adults and have to make important decisions and make a mistake?
